Hello everyone! 🙂 Today it’s a hair care day review because we are going to talk about the Karinga Hydrating Styling Leave-in Cream by Rene Furterer.
Who is it for?
Everyone who wants a hydrating and styling leave-in cream that can give incredibly smooth and manageable hair.
What’s good about it?
I need to do a little premise this time: my hair tends to get very dry and frizzy with all the coloring and styling. I have bleached my hair several times by now and used so many unconventional colors (blue, green, purple, pink, and the last one… grey) that my slightly battered locks need a good leave-in hydrating treatment at least twice a week! The Karinga Hydrating Styling Leave-in Cream by Rene Furterer is especially formulated for frizzy, curly, dry and straightened hair.
I have been using this hair cream for 4 months now (even during my little summer vacation) and I really love the consistency and the results of this product. The quality that I love the most is that its texture feels nourishing on your locks but not greasy at all. It also leaves your hair smooth and much more easy to style.
After shampooing, conditioning and towel drying my hair, I apply a hazelnut size amount of product onto my unruly lengths and frizzy ends. Then I style and blow dry my locks. As you have probably already guessed from the name of the product, you don’t need to rinse it.
After using this leave-in cream for a couple of times you will notice that your locks are more soft, shiny, easy to brush and hydrated than before, even on dry and split ends!
The Karinga Hydrating Styling Leave-in Cream by Rene Furterer contains some natural ingredients known for their moisturizing, restructuring and protective properties. In fact, some of the key ingredients are Argan Oil, Moringa Extract and Coconut Oil. This cream is also enriched in sheathing and antistatic agents.

What’s not so good about it?
It’s a great and affordable hair care product, but the packaging is a nightmare, at least for me. It is perfect for travelling, but the lid of the product is so difficult and hard to open that I always need a tool (e.g. a mini-screwdriver, the one it’s often used by watch repairer) to pull up the lid, and when you have your hands wet it’s not really a good thing!
If you are on the hunt for a good and affordable hair product that can transform your dry, frizzy ends and your unruly lengths into something more sleek, shiny and stylish, you have to try this leave-in cream. I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Also, the slightly and so lovely tropical scent of this hair cream is really something to die for.
